This privacy policy applies to the Picscope – Panorama for IG app (hereby referred to as "Application") for iOS devices, created by Ilyas Baiduanov (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application accesses your device's photo library solely for the purpose of selecting and processing images for panorama splitting. Your photos are processed entirely on your device. No images are uploaded to any server or shared with any third party. Cropped images are saved locally to your device's photo library at your request.
All application data (crop history, settings, usage counters) is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. No personal data is transmitted to external servers.

The Service Provider does not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as described in this policy (third-party services above) or as required by law.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider to have it removed.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's security settings (passcode, Face ID, etc.).
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective date" at the top of this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
