Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Picscope – Panorama for IG app ("Application") for iOS devices, developed by Ilyas Baiduanov ("Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Application

The Application allows you to split panoramic and wide photos into equal square parts for sharing on Instagram as carousels. You may use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2. Free and Premium Features

The Application offers 3 free image crops. After the free limit is reached, continued use requires a paid subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Available plans:

• Monthly: $2.99/month — auto-renewable subscription
• Yearly: $14.99/year — auto-renewable subscription
• Lifetime: $29.99 — one-time purchase

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Service Provider and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the photos you process using the Application. The Application does not claim any ownership over your images. All image processing occurs locally on your device.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Application
• Use the Application to process content that infringes on the rights of others

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application.

9. Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
